Kids will love the fun, rhyming text of this story as they follow a leprechaun through town as he shares how he avoids being trapped.
After reading the story with your preschoolers, talk about rhyming words. The story is written in rhyme. Go over the rhymes in the story. Then, call out words and let your preschoolers name words that rhyme.
Share the pictures from the story. Talk about all the fun ways the kids tried to trap the leprechaun. Let your preschoolers make a leprechaun trap of their own.
