Preschool coloring pages are beneficial for a variety of reasons. They provide an opportunity for little ones to express their creativity. There is no right or wrong way to color a picture.

These free autumn printables also help preschoolers strengthen motor skills as they use the muscles in their arms, wrists, and fingers to grasp the crayon and color each page.
Autumn Coloring Pages
There is so much to see and explore during the autumn months. Apple orchards are busy with kids and adults picking apples.
Pumpkin patches are overrun with little ones looking for the perfect pumpkin to carve for Halloween.
Leaves are falling and ready to be raked into a pile that kids will beg to jump in.
Celebrate these activities and more with this fun pack of preschool coloring sheets.
In addition to allowing kids to express their creativity while strengthening motor skills, these coloring pages for preschoolers also provide an opportunity for little ones to practice their handwriting.
Each simple coloring page includes a caption describing the picture. This caption is done in a dotted font that is perfect for tracing.
Kids can use pencils or crayons to trace the words before or after coloring the picture.

Variations
Print these pages on regular printer paper, and let your preschoolers use their favorite coloring medium to complete each page.
You can also laminate them or slip them in a dry erase pocket. If you go this route, let your little ones use dry erase markers to color the pages. This way, they’ll be reusable.

Hello, Harvest Moon – While tired farmers and their families are in bed, the harvest moon silently climbs into the sky and starts working its magic. For some, it is the nightly signal to rise and shine. It is time to hunt, to work, or to play in the shadows. For a little girl and her cat, it is an invitation to enjoy the wonders of the night and a last flood of light before the short days of winter set in.
Awesome Autumn – Autumn is awesome! Leaves change color. Animals fly south or get ready to hibernate. People harvest crops and dress up as scary creatures for Halloween. And then there are pickup football games to play, Thanksgiving foods to eat, leaf piles to jump in―all the amazing things that happen as the air turns crisp and cool.
Fall Mixed Up – Fall is all mixed up in this silly book from Bob Raczka! Can you find his mistakes in the words and pictures?
