Strawberry Life Cycle Worksheets
Add these free preschool printables to your upcoming life cycle, strawberry, plant, or Letter Ss preschool lessons.
This activity pack features three different activities that focus on how strawberries grow. Each one works on a variety of preschool skills. These preschool science activities also work on sequencing, motor skills, and sight words.
The first activity is a mini reader. Kids will write a vocabulary word on the line to finish four “I see a…” sentences. Then, you can have them cut apart the boxes, staple them together, and read the book to someone else.Next, kids will color and cut out the life cycle sequencing cards and glue them in the correct box on the sequencing mat. This is a great way to practice ordering events as well as number recognition and number order.
Finally, kids will color and complete another sequencing page. On this one, they’ll cut out the numbers at the bottom of the page and glue them in the correct box to put the life cycle of a strawberry in order.
Variations:
You can make the sequencing mat reusable by laminating the mat and the cards and adding velcro dots. If you choose to do it this way, have kids color the cards before you laminate. Or, you could print the activity on colored paper.
