Strawberry Worksheets
Add these free preschool printables to your summertime learning activities. The one-page idea sheet contains seven ideas for preschoolers.
In a recent email, some of my readers stated they prefer learning activities divided into subject and day.
As I work my way to providing full theme packs structured that way, I thought I’d start with some mini-packs that you can print and use right now!
To start, print out the activity page and gather your supplies. The S is for Strawberry activity page includes a short book list and six strawberry-themed activities preschoolers will enjoy.
To complete the activities in this pack, you will need a printer. You can also laminate some of the pages to make them reusable, but that is optional.
You’ll also need the following supplies if you intend to complete all of the activities:
• red paint
• strawberry jello (not prepared)
• fresh strawberries
• strawberry growing kit

S is for Strawberry
This pack includes the following activities:
• Art: Paint a strawberry picture. Sprinkle the painting with jello powder for a sweet surprise.
• Explore: Head to a local grocery store or farmer’s market to explore different types of berries.
• Snack: Eat strawberries for an afternoon snack, or serve them alongside today’s lunch.
• Science: Plant strawberry seeds. Label a diagram of a strawberry.
• Write: Fill a shallow tray with strawberry jello powder and sugar. Have kids use their fingertips to practice writing the letter Ss.
• Colors: Go on a hunt around the room to find things that are read.
