This festive Valentine wreath is a fun activity to do at home or at school. Little ones will love it when you add this paper plate craft to your Valentine’s Day preschool activities.

Valentine Craft for Preschoolers
When you provide craft time to your preschoolers, you give them an opportunity to build important skills.
They have an opportunity to strengthen their scissor skills, hand-eye coordination by gluing shapes, and more!
What You’ll Need
- Paper plates
- Construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Hole punch
- Pencil
How to Make a Paper Plate Wreath
To begin, cut out the center of a regular-sized paper plate. Paint the paper plate, if desired.
Cut out construction paper hearts in various sizes and colors. If you’re doing this Valentine craft in a classroom, you can precut the hearts to save time.

Have students glue the colored hearts onto the paper plate wreath in any pattern you choose
Add any additional decorations as desired and your Valentine wreath is complete!
