Mardi Gras Worksheets for Kids
Math and literacy skills are so important for preschoolers. They’re the foundation of every academic skill they’ll learn as they get older.
These Mardi Gras printables focus on a variety of early learning skills such as counting, handwriting, number recognition and more.
These pages are print-and-go making them perfect for busy preschool moms and teachers. Many of them can be used on-the-go, as well.
In this pack, you’ll find the following activities:
• 8 color and trace pages featuring Louisiana, fleur-de-lis, hats, crowns, and more
• Matching – Kids will build visual discrimination skills as they draw lines connecting the matching gators.
• Prewriting practice – Kids will trace various prewriting lines.
• Handwriting pages – Kids will trace letters and sentences featuring the letters Ll, Hh, Ww, Ff, and Mm.
• Color by number – Work on number and color word recognition while coloring a festive picture.
• Count and Graph- Count objects and graph the results.
• and more!

Variations:
Many of these Mardi Gras preschool activities can be made reusable by laminating them. If you don’t have a laminator, you can slip your pages into a dry erase pocket.
Once the pages are laminated, kids can use dry erase markers to complete the activities. This allows them to use the pages over and over again.

Hi Tara I just wanted to give you a little information. I like the Mardi Gras bundle you have to offer. You have a copy of the state of Louisiana. I wanted you to know that Mardi Gras started in Mobile Alabama. New Orleans is the most popular but it was actually started by Chief Slackabamarinico. Please check it out. Check out Joe Cain Day!!
