Are you looking for some fresh new Christmas activities for preschoolers? Download this free Christmas memory game for a quick and easy activity!
Printable Christmas games are so simple to set up for your preschoolers. Just print, cut, and play! They’re perfect for class parties and at-home play.
Kids can play independently, but it’s more fun to play in a small group or with a parent. Add this activity to your holiday centers or play at the kitchen table. Either way, your preschooler will have a ball!

Memory matching games are great for preschoolers and young learners. These types of games help preschoolers build their memory skills. When the game includes images that are similar, as this one does, it also helps strengthen visual discrimination skills.
So, your preschoolers will be building important foundations while playing a super fun game this holiday season! It’s a win-win for everyone.
Christmas Memory Game
To prepare this activity, you will need to print two sets of cards. There are 36 images included in this game. You can choose to print out just a few or print them all.
I like to print the cards on colored scrapbook paper that is white on one side and printed on the other. This keeps the images from showing through regular printer paper.
You could also print on cardstock since it’s thicker than regular printer paper. I prefer to laminate my memory cards for durability so we can play over and over again.
Lay out the cards in rows just like in the classic game of Memory we all played as kids. You choose how many rows based on your child’s abilities.
Players will take turns flipping over two cards at a time. If they match, the player keeps the cards and takes another turn. If the cards don’t match, the player’s turn ends and it’s the next person’s turn.
Play continues until all of the cards have been matched. The player with the most matches at the end is declared the winner.
