Easy Father’s Day Craft
Don’t miss this easy Father’s Day craft that kids can make. With just a few simple supplies, kids can show Dad how much they love him!
If you’re looking for a new craft to add to your Father’s Day activities, I’ve got just what you need!
This one is simple enough for toddlers to create for Dad, Grandpa, or another special man in your child’s life.
Easy Fathers Day Craft
This is such a fun craft for preschoolers. Not only can they show Dad some love, but they’ll work on some skills at the same time.
Coloring and cutting are great fine motor skill building activities.
What You’ll Need
- template (download the Father’s Day craft template)
- cardstock
- 2 cupcake liners
- markers or crayons
- google eyes
- glue stick
- scissors
What You’ll Do
Print the template on white cardstock and color the pieces.
Decide which bone to use. The “You are Pawfect” can be used for a grandfather, uncle, or other person your child would like to recognize on Father’s Day.
Cut out all the pieces.
Use a piece of colored cardstock or construction paper for the base. Glue two cupcake liners to the middle of the page with one positioned higher than the other to make the head and body of the dog.
Glue the ears under the top cupcake liner and the feet under the bottom cupcake liner before pressing the liners down completely.
Next, glue the bone to the center of the body with the two paws on top like the dog is holding the bone.
Lastly, create the puppy’s face by popping on some google eyes, gluing the triangle nose, and drawing on a smile.
