Dinosaur Cookie Fossils

Dinosaur Cookie

This peanut butter cookie recipe is the perfect base for a fun dinosaur “fossil” treat! Mix up a batch today, and your preschoolers are sure to devour them!

What You’ll Need 

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter

• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

• 1 egg

parchment paper

dinosaur figurines (clean well with soap and water)

cooling rack

What You’ll Do

Preheat oven 350. 

Add sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and egg to a small mixing bowl. 

Stir the ingredients until smooth. 

Roll into even balls and place on parchment paper-covered cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. 

Remove from oven. While cookies are still hot, gently press a dinosaur foot into the cookies to create footprints. 

Place the cookies on the cooling rack, and cool thoroughly.
