Who doesn’t love a good craft project? Especially one that can be made with materials you already have lying around the house! Such is the case with construction paper Easter crafts.
These simple projects are perfect for young children, and can help teach them basic skills like color recognition and cutting.
Plus, they’re a lot of fun to make, and kids can get creative with their designs. So if you’re looking for a quick and easy activity to add to your Easter activities for preschoolers, why not try out some construction paper crafts?
I love finding simple crafts to do with my preschoolers. Not only does crafting allow kids to get creative, but it also helps strengthen important early skills.
Kids will strengthen motor skills as they cut and paste paper pieces to assemble their crafts. They’ll learn to follow directions and concentrate on the task of the moment.
Most of all… they’re just plain fun!
What can I make with construction paper?
It’s super simple to create with construction paper. And, most of the time, you can make construction paper crafts with supplies you’ve likely got on hand already.
Aside from construction paper, you’ll want to gather scissors, glue or tape, crayons or markers, googly eyes, and pipe cleaners.
If you need additional supplies, you can likely find them at your local dollar store or even order them from Amazon to be delivered right to your front door.
These Easter craft projects are easy to make and kids will love the results. Plus, they can help teach basic skills like color recognition and hand-eye coordination.
So grab some paper and get started!
This list of construction paper crafts is full of a variety of Easter icons.
You can use these crafts with your toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarteners.
They can also be used with early elementary students who can do most of the crafting on their own.
