Materials
- Brown paper bag
- Feathers
- Googly eyes
- Construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Lay the paper bag flat with the flap facing down and the opening at the bottom.
- Attach the feathers to the top of the bag and let them dry.
- Flip the bag over. Glue the googly eyes near the center of the flap.
- Cut a beak from orange construction paper and a waddle from red paper. Glue both under the eyes, then let everything dry.
