Fall Counting Books

This autumn, encourage your little ones to practice counting to ten with these printable fall counting books featuring squirrels, acorns, and apples.

These fall math activities are great for preschoolers working on number recognition and counting, and they’re good for kindergarteners who are working on number words.

The books are relatively print-and-go so they’re perfect for a quick, last-minute activity if you need a time filler. You can also strategically add them to your autumn math centers, as well.

Print the pages, follow the directions to fold them, and you’re all set to present them to your preschoolers.

There are quite a few ways to use these counting books with your children. First, of course, is just a simple counting book.

Have kids count the acorns in the squirrel’s bowl as well as the apples in the bucket.
