You don’t need a lot of tools to teach little ones the ABCs. Here are three simple alphabet activities for preschoolers!
To help you facilitate some learning with your preschoolers, I’m sharing some fun alphabet activities for preschoolers.
Each of these activities can be used to introduce or reinforce letter recognition, the sound each letter makes, and things that begin with each letter.
Alphabet Activities for Preschoolers
One simple alphabet activity you can do with your preschoolers is to make alphabet puzzles. You could use simple 3×5 index cards to make them.
Just cut each card in half using a different design, and write the uppercase letters on one half and lowercase on the other. Have your child work to put together each ‘puzzle.’
You may find that your child matches the cut patterns instead of the letters, but that’s okay. Eventually, they’ll begin to recognize the matching pairs.

Alphabet Trace and Color Pages
