Preschoolers have loved my collection of I Spy games, so I’m excited to present a new one in time for the holidays. In addition, I have a fun maze to help preschoolers work on logic and fine motor skills.

Nativity Activities

Solving mazes is a great way to help children build logic skills. They must look ahead to determine whether or not their next turn will be correct or if they’ll hit a dead end.

I Spy games help children with a variety of skills such as counting, number writing, and visual discrimination. Children will identify each item, count them in the I Spy grid, and write the number on the line.

Variations:

You can make each of these activities reusable by laminating them or slipping them into a dry erase pocket. Once you do that, children can use dry erase markers to complete each page. Then, wipe it off to use it again and again.
