Nativity Activities

Add these free printable nativity activities to your holiday celebrations. Kids will love the printable I Spy game and maze included.

Whether you plan to use these preschool Christmas printables at home or in your preschool classroom, they’re perfect for adding some holiday fun to your upcoming preschool lessons.

Preschoolers have loved my collection of I Spy games, so I’m excited to present a new one in time for the holidays. In addition, I have a fun maze to help preschoolers work on logic and fine motor skills.

Nativity Activities

Solving mazes is a great way to help children build logic skills. They must look ahead to determine whether or not their next turn will be correct or if they’ll hit a dead end.

I Spy games help children with a variety of skills such as counting, number writing, and visual discrimination. Children will identify each item, count them in the I Spy grid, and write the number on the line.

You can make each of these activities reusable by laminating them or slipping them into a dry erase pocket. Once you do that, children can use dry erase markers to complete each page. Then, wipe it off to use it again and again.

Teaching Resources

When you set up a nativity felt story board, your kids can retell the story of Jesus’s birth over and over again.

Like the felt story board idea, a set of wooden nativity peg dolls also let kids retell the story over and over again.
