Letter F Feather Craft
This flower craft for preschoolers may require a bit of prep work from mom. Craft foam can be a bit difficult for preschoolers to work with.
However, you could definitely use construction paper or cardstock which may be easier for preschoolers to work with independently.
What You’ll Need
Glue (can use hot glue or white school glue)
Paper or Cardstock
Template (download below)
What You’ll Do
Gather your supplies, and then download the letter F template which can be found below. I suggest printing the template on cardstock, because it’s sturdier than regular printer paper.
Cut out the letter F template, and trace it onto a sheet of craft foam. Remember, if you don’t want to use craft foam, construction paper will work.
Next, download and print the FEATHER template. Cut out. Again, I suggest printing the template on cardstock for durability.
Trace the feather template onto craft foam, and cut the feathers out. You can use construction paper, if you’d prefer.
Glue the brown spines down the center of each of the feathers. Use a black marker to outline the feathers.
Add detail to the feathers by using a black marker. Gently stroke the marker out to create the finest details.
Glue the feathers onto the letter F, and your craft is complete!
