Dinosaur Color by Number Printables

These color by code printables are a fun way for preschoolers to practice number recognition through nine.

They’ll also practice reading color words for all of the colors of the rainbow plus pink, brown, black, and grey.

How to Use the Pages

To get started, print out the pages you plan to use. I like to print them on standard printer paper.

Grab your preferred coloring medium. I like crayons – Crayola crayons to be exact. I think Crayola crayons color smoother than any other brand.

Your preschoolers could also use markers or colored pencils, if you’d prefer.

If your preschoolers aren’t ready to read and identify color words yet, set out only the crayons they’ll need to complete the page.

Use those crayons to color the color word on the worksheet. Then, kids can use those as visual cues to decide which crayon to use.
